Job Description

:Responsibilities

Would be responsible enhancement of Tractor Finance business through Dealers and Bank branches through Branch staff.
Create relationships/Liaison with Key channels and manufacturers to maximize business potential.
Responsible for driving the desired penetration of motor and general insurance products
To organise events at Branches with the help of Branch management.
Train Branch staff on products & policies to get sustainable business quality.

Desired Profile

:Requirements

Good Communication and Presentation Skills
Preferred MBA or Graduate in Agri/Engineering
Experience in manufacturing/ Sales/ Insurance/ distribution companies for Tractors or Commercial Vehicles.
Will be required to frequently travel to upcountry locations.
